Current Projects

We are wrapping up this beautiful Mediterranean classic.  The owners wanted a traditional single-story design.   The house is set on an amazing lot that frames the house perfectly.  Make sure you click below to see the build as it progresses.  There are some amazing structural obstacles you have to see. 

This is a 7,500 sqft house that we designed in three sections.  The master has a gym, a wet room, and its' own private crow's nest. It also will have a 2-boat dock with lifts. Check out the interior trim.  The owner has made some amazing selections.

Things are heating up on the Texas coast.  We are just breaking ground on this 15k sqft southern contemporary home in the Rockport area.  The area is seeing some amazing growth in the ultra-high-end market.  

This will be one to follow as it is appointed to the nines.

This is an 11,500 sqft home built on an insane slopping lot.  We are building the back half of the house like a commercial high-rise building using steel.  The house will rise four floors, have an 8-10 car garage with elevators, and a pool on the second floor that suspends into the top of the trees. 

This is one of our spec homes.  It's a 4000 sqft, three-floor house. The view from the master suite on the third floor is amazing.  It's so "Classic" Southern.  We have about 3 months left... just heading into the interior finish...

This one is our trophy house. We worked with the LodgeBuild Architectural company to develop a product that defined ..."us".  They knocked it out of the park.

We are finalizing Plans for another beautiful South Carolinian coastal home. We will released plans within a month.

This is an unbelievable design we are waiting to build in the West Lake area of Austin.  It is an 8500 sqft spec hanging over a huge canyon lot.  Currently stuck in engineering. Click below to see it detail.
